Just a thought that crossed my mind while scrolling through items in my various news feeds. One of them said something about "the Refugee Crisis holding Europe hostage". Another one was titled "Why 8 million homes lie empty in Japan".
Now I never claimed to be the smartest guy on this floating space-rock we call Earth, but seriously...
Then of course, there was also billionaire Naguib Sawiris who counteracted me and did not even wait for a solution to randomly present itself when he volunteered to buy an island a couple of weeks ago...
